Our reinvented tecnology of 100% NYLON hook and loop material can be used in versatile manner including wrist support and easy adjustable grip for our products.
Satin
Satin fabric is characterized by its smooth, glossy surface, achieved through a weaving technique that creates a high thread count and a luxurious feel.

Foam / Inner Paddings / Layerings
CLOSE CELL INJECTION MOLD
Made by injecting PU chemicals into a Mold, shaping it according to the Glove design required, alterations in terms of recoil, softness/hardness can be altered based on preferences.
CLOSE CELL PU MOLD SHEET
Same Chemical formulation as injection mold but hand crafted from a piece of sheet based on the shape of glove, alterations in the recoil adjusted based on preference.
LATEX SHEET
The most premium and durable padding from natural sources, mostly used in premium high end gloves for fighters who prefer nothing but the best in their gloves.
65D OPEN CELL PU
A High Density PU foam formulated especially for MMA and Boxing with firm recoil, engineered as an economical alternate to Latex, customized alterations in firmness can be done.
MID / IMPACT ABSORPTION LAYERS
REBONDED SHEET
A stiffer/rigid version of padding usually used as 2nd or 3rd layer in the glove for impact absorption on the knuckles and the object/person being hit, various densities available which changes the amount of absorbtion and recoil.
EVA SHEET
A more high end version of impact absorbtion sheet with a slightly higher cost compared to Rebonded sheet, different versions of EVA are available in terms of its recoil and the degree of impact absorption.
INNER / KNUCKLE LAYERS
GEL SHEET
As the name suggests, it has gel like texture with soft and bouncy recoil and a cool feel to it, mainly used as the final layer.
TEMPA PRO
With memory foam like feel, this sheet shapes up according to shape of the fighter’s knuckle and gets softer in line with temperature inside the gloves.
28D OPEN CELL PU
An economical version of inner layer for beginner gloves as an alternate for Gel and Tempa Pro layers.
